By phone, you may contact Teen HEART at 342-8336 with your Visa or MasterCard number ready. Our staff can take your gift over the phone. We can also assist you in arranging monthly credit card installments.  If you would rather mail in your gift, send your name as it appears on your credit card, along with the expiration date and the amount you wish to donate to Teen HEART.

Teen HEART will receive your designated amount, less any administrative costs incurred by the United Way agency. If possible, please let us know that you designated a gift to us this year. This will help ensure that we receive all donations that are designated to Teen HEART through the United Way.

Increase your gift through a matching gifts program:
Many companies offer employees—even retirees and/or spouses—a matching gift benefit that doubles or even triples your gift to Teen HEART. To find out if you work for a matching gift company, contact your Human Resources department. Remember to tell them Teen HEART is an educational, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

Gifting securities through a brokerage account and planned giving:
Gifting securities through a brokerage account or through planned giving is another way to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.  Contact your brokerage account representative, bank or community foundation representative to assist you with transferring funds to Teen HEART.
